Our refund and returns policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the service must be unused and no generated chat responses have been exchanged.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive your request and inspect your return and data usage, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed, and the credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
